# Overview

TATA Aer Hanada uses the [**INFINITY Qualified test**](https://aerhanada-tata.gitbook.io/infinity-qualified/) to examine our pilots. Once pilots pass, they will get the "HANADA Qualified" licence. HANADA Qualified Pilots get the following benefits from TATA Aer Hanada:

* 2x more earnings from each flight
* Cargo Routes
* Ability to earn special Badges (this doesn't apply to all badges, some of which available to all)
